Top 10 November Book Releases 2019

It may only be halfway through October, but it's already time to start thinking about what new books will be hitting the shelves in November! Here are 10 books coming out next month to get excited about: 

The Starless Sea - Erin Morgenstern

I'm currently rereading The Night Circus in preparation for Erin Morgenstern's next book to come out! I'm so excited to finally read something new from her, and The Starless Sea sounds as enigmatic and mysterious as The Night Circus.

Call Down the Hawk - Maggie Stiefvater

Personally, I'm not a huge fan of Maggie Stiefvater, but I'm definitely in the minority, so if you've enjoyed any of her previous books, get excited for her new YA fantasy series!

This book sounds so cool. There are so many retellings being published in YA at the moment, but a retelling of the Arthurian legend is something I haven't seen done as often, so I'm really excited for this one.

The Family Upstairs - Lisa Jewell

I hadn't come across this book before writing this blog post, and now I'm immediately adding it to my TBR. I recently read The Turn of the Key (read my review here), which has really put me in the mood for more thrillers, so this sounds perfect. 

Blood Heir - Amelie Wan Zhao

If you like fantasy novels, it is clear that November is the month for you! This time of year is the best for immersing yourself in an entirely new world.

Winterwood - Shea Ernshaw

I love anything remotely witchy, so this one sounds right up my street. 

The Queen of Nothing - Holly Black 

From the #1 New York Times bestselling author Holly Black, comes the highly anticipated and jaw-dropping finale to The Folk of the Air trilogy. 

I've given no full description here so as to avoid spoilers, because this is the final book in Holly Black's esteemed trilogy. Personally, I haven't yet read The Cruel Prince, but I've heard so many good things. I'm sure that if you're up to date with this series then you're really excited for its conclusion in November!

Supernova - Marissa Meyer

All's fair in love and anarchy...
The epic conclusion to Marissa Meyer's thrilling Renegades Trilogy finds Nova and Adrian struggling to keep their secret identities concealed while the battle rages on between their alter egos, their allies, and their greatest fears come to life. Secrets, lies, and betrayals are revealed as anarchy once again threatens to reclaim Gatlon City. 

Another sequel, again to a series that I haven't even started! But I do enjoy seeing what final books are coming out because it reminds me of all the series I need to get around to reading. I've also read and loved Marissa Meyer's Lunar Chronicles, so these books are getting bumped up on my TBR. 

Queenie - Candace Carty-Williams 

Queenie Jenkins is a twenty-five-year-old Jamaican British woman living in London, straddling two cultures and slotting neatly into neither. She works at a national newspaper, where she’s constantly forced to compare herself to her white middle class peers. This book has been described as a cross between Bridget Jones's Diary and Americanah, and I'm certainly up for that!

The Bromance Book Club - Lyssa Kay Adams

This one sounds like a super cute second chance romance story, so if you're looking for something a little more light hearted - this is perfect!
